Anders Wenngren was born in Stockholm where he also graduated as an architect at the Royal College of Technology (KTH). He has since been working as an artist and illustrator, dividing his time between New York, Amsterdam and South of Sweden.
His clients include The New York Times, The New Yorker, Vogue, GQ, Self, Allure, Glamour, Mademoiselle, Gourmet, CN Traveler, Harper's Bazaar, W magazine, Wallpaper, MTV, Nick at Nite, Bloomingdales, Henri Bendel, Barneys, Gucci, Knoll, Estée Lauder, MAC, Seibu, Takashimaya, Swatch, The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, Cosmopolitan etc.
In the exhibition Photographs & Gouaches Wenngren shows for the first time his latest project. Every artwork consists of a photograph and a gouache painting. With the photograph and the gouache he shares his very own vision of the world he lives in.
