Event organised by Ann Wåhlström
Stones have been an inspiration for Ann Wåhlström for the last few years and this installation of three are all interpretations of stones in and around the waterline, where sea weed, barnacles and shells alter the surface.
Ann Wåhlström (Sweden,1957) has been working with glass since the late 70s, first as a maker and later as an artist collaborating with different teams of glassblowers in Sweden, USA and Czech Republic.
Her work spans between art objects, functional designs and lighting. She is represented in Museums in Sweden, Norway, USA, Australia, Iceland and the UK.
